Amana Waterpark

Are you looking for a cool destination to beat the heat? Even if it's not summer, many people are gathering here at Amana Waterpark in Pandi, Bulacan. The waterpark is famous for its different and colorful themes that kids and young at heart peeps will surely love.

Be sure to book your stay to secure yourself a room or cottage. There are lots of cottages but rooms may be scarce esp. during weekend so it's better to reserve by paying a half downpayment as they advised. We got a small room for P2500, which is the cheapest. Entrance by day is at P250 and by night, P210 for adults.

You can also bring foods to be cooked (bringing of own foods are not allowed unless you'd cook it) and have your foods delivered by fast food chains. Their staff suggested that we have our food delivered by KFC but we just ate pizza and ice cream on their stalls.

Since we came from Cubao, we boarded the Nuestra Seńora bus with the Sta. Maria signboard at 7AM. We arrived at the tricycle terminal in Waltermart Sta. Maria (if I correctly remember). Tricycle fee for 1-2 pax is P120 as of this writing. They have a large parking space if you intend to bring your own vehicle and bring the whole barangay.

Upon entering, you would be greeted with superheroes. You are allowed to climb and pose at the top if you like. I originally plan to pose with Wonderwoman but I can't because I have a baby monster inside me! Three ninangs would all get mad at me so I didn't! :D

Reunion with the superheroes
The first stop we've had is their wave pool. This is where we most spent our time swimming until 5PM. They feature different waves with loud music to boot so you'll be assured that it feels like a blast!

With the ultimate Bumblebee...
Being Bumblebee's best friend for awhile

A glimpse at the Jurassic World, which has a huge lukewarm pool inside and mini showers. A friend once went here and had a company outing as this area is huge with lots of cottages, too.

Dino didn't eat us!

There's a huge swimming playground for the kids and we tried to slide! See the bucket in action?!?! :D

Then we had a short photo-op with these adorable minions. :)

Are we going back? Maybe, but we will bring our little ones with us by then! :D

Monster Curry

I am hungry but I did not expect my meal to be like this. Scroll down for your viewing pleasure. :-)

5 sausages... bigger than your average sausage
Because I am starving to death at that time, I did not even look at other people's plates until my plate came. And that was a monster plate! This meal is meant to be shared and people around me are sharing.... except me.

And I am eating this damn, whole thing. :D  The rest is history.

Monster plate - knapsack comparison
Upon finishing the food, the crew told me that it's better to bring friends when eating monster curry.

I lost it.... hahaha can't finish lah!

I am not a fan of rice ever since so I left it, just like that. The food is nice and tasty. And they are generous when it comes to curry sauce! Of course! :D

Paratha and Crispy Wraps

Hot & Roll is located in front of FairPrice Xtra,  NEX mall in Serangoon, SG. The wrap looks small but don't be fooled by its size. It is not yet cooked. :D

Crispy Wrap Preparation

This is the first time or to be specific, my first bite of the crispy Chicken & Cheese Crispy Wrap. It is tasty as they claimed and it is not filling for my very small tummy.... because I am very hungry. Nice snack, though.

Hands Up for Hougang

Of all the MRT stations, I only saw this piece of artwork in Hougang MRT Station (NE Line - Purple) in Singapore. The artwork features handprints of 3000 people.

It captured my attention so I took the shot.  I just forgot to put my hand and took my photo. :)

There are also mini shops outside Hougang MRT Station. You will see Hougang Central Mall and the interchange.

Yayoiken at Bugis Iluma

This is shallow but I don't want to eat dinner today. Initially, I just want the dessert. However, I ordered pork and beef hamburg steak. Better to eat something now than have a midnight snack later.

Beef > Pork

Introducing the gray ice cream, Kuro Goma. Other kuro goma ice creams are black and have toppings. This one is plain and looks like a small rubber ball.

Sesame seeds ice cream

I was about to order other flavors but then I remember that I have to STOP because one is enough. At least, for this day. :D
